Never, never, never give up

Sam lyfte några ton på gymet och sedan gick vi upp för berget igen. Själv hade jag fortfarande träningsvärk sedan onsdagens pass och varje steg kändes bra mycket i låren. Svalare än sist vilket gör en stor skillnad för mig och vi gick hela vägen upp utan några pauser den här gången. Den där värmen sänker mig snabbt annars..

Jag hade en sång som fastnat i huvudet på mig, en sång från Thomas and Friends som Dorian ofta tittar på. Den heter Never, never, never give up. Den malde i huvudet på mig hela vägen upp till toppen och det var faktiskt en ganska passade sång för en gång skull! (skratt)

Sam har varken ont av värme eller av att lyfta några ton på gymmet innan vi går. 

Som alltid åt vi lunch på China Bear i Mui Wo, Sam åt som alltid sin grillade kyckling och jag åt idag en burritos. Det finns inget tillfälle där en öl är godare än efter 2 h hikande upp för ett berg. 

Barnen var på party i parken när vi kom hem. Jag passade på att baka fröknäcke. Det är ju superenkelt och jag hoppas att det blir gott. 

Ikväll är det fotboll för Sam - Real Madrid-Barcelona. Heja heja!
